This is by far the best razor I have used. All my shaving life I've been searching for a good, comfortable shave and at last I've found it with the Merkur Futur. A good balanced weight that takes a few tries to get used to, but once mastered gives a superb shave time and time again. While the razor may seem expensive initially, the Merkur blades only cost 40p each. They give a terrific shave and last much longer than Mach 3s etc which retail at £1 each. So you'll soon make your money back.

This was my first DE razor after switching from a Mach 3. This razor shaves very close and comfortably. It did take some time getting used to but once that is accomplished it's amazing!
