This is an awful razor. It's big, cumbersome, and even though it looks awesome in my bathroom, it fails to deliver in the department that really matters - shaving. Save yourself some cash and get the Futur or the Progress.

A superb piece of design, brought up to date. There's something about shaving with something that weighs so much, and looks so good. Of course it would be meaningless if the Merkur Vision didn't shave well too! Rest assured it certainly does!

I wouldn't start a morning without my Vision 2000. It feels so good in the hand, and once I'd found 'my' setting it just delivers a shave unlike any i'd had before.

Merkur Vision is not the cheapest, however, it's worth the extra few quid for sure. Get yourself a 100 pack of Derby blades at TE LTD and you're in business. Don't want the expense? Go for the Merkur HD, in fact, all the Merkur products are top drawer. Oh, I don't think you'll find the 'Vision' cheaper anywhere else

I love the Vision. I can adjust it to my needs and there is no need to apply pressure. The Vision's weight alone is enough to do the job.
