How to Order

Ordering online with Timothy Edwards is simple and secure.

Choose a product
You can easily find the product(s) you require, either through our Product, Brand and Skin Type menus. Additionally you can find products using the site search facility.

All items available for purchase are in stock, available for same day dispatch for orders before 2pm Mon-Fri, unless specified otherwise.
Ordering
When clicking on an item not only can you view further information about that item but you can add it to your basket by clicking the red "Add" button. This will add the item into your basket. The number of items and value is shown in the mini basket visible on the right hand side.
Your Basket
You can click "View Basket" at any stage to make adjustments to the quantities and items currently in your basket. If you wish to continue shopping, choose another category. If you have a gift voucher or offer code please enter this in the "Offer Code" box and click "Add Offer Code". To place your order and pay for the items click the red "Checkout button".
Checkout
New customers should enter their email address and click "Proceed" to enter your details. You will be able to login at a later date to track your order progress, see your order history and more.

If you have previously ordered with Timothy Edwards Male Grooming, enter your username and password and click "Proceed".
Delivery Address
At the Checkout confirmation page, you may use your main address (your billing card address) as your delivery address or elect to enter a new delivery address e.g. your workplace.
Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. Select your card type and enter your card details - only click "Process Order" once - it may take a little while for your credit card to validate.

Please note: MasterCard have issued a rule which states that all International Maestro cards MUST have a full 3D Secure Authentication in order for the transaction to be authorised. For information regarding Visa and MasterCard SecureCode / 3D Secure - Visa customers click here, Maestro customers click here. This is an extra level of security for you, the cardholder.

All card payments are made using Sage Pay, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. Timothy Edwards Ltd keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information.
Order Number
Your Order Number will be shown on-screen with an email confirmation sent to your supplied email address.
